MEA Joint Director Job

The Ministry of External Affairs is recruiting for the post of Joint Director (Official Language) in New Delhi on deputation basis, with the post to be filled in the Prime Minister’s Office. This is a Level-12 position under the 7th CPC with pay of ₹78,800 to ₹2,09,200. Candidates should be officers from eligible government, autonomous, statutory or PSU organizations, holding an analogous post or with four years’ regular service in Level-11, along with a Master’s degree in Hindi, English, or another subject with the specified Hindi-English combination. Seven years’ experience in translation or terminology work from English to Hindi or vice versa is required. The upper age limit is 56 years.
