Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in the aviation sector.
Experience is preferably in Flying Training Organisations (FTOs) or allied aviation functions.
Relevant experience may include ground training/teaching, flight dispatch, flight data recording/analysis, simulator instruction, Assistant Flight Instructor/Flight Instructor duties, or other relevant operational/instructional assignments in an FTO, airline, or allied aviation organization.

Preference

Teaching/ground training experience in Air Regulations or other CPL/ATPL-related subjects at a DGCA-approved FTO or recognized Ground Training Organisation.
Recent experience of appearing in or qualifying DGCA examinations and familiarity with the current DGCA examination pattern and methodology.
Progress in ATPL examinations may be considered an additional advantage.
