Directorate of Enforcement is recruiting for the Assistant Legal Adviser of Enforcement post in New Delhi on a deputation/absorption basis. This is a Level 11 position with pay of ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700, along with a Special Incentive Allowance at 20% of basic pay. Candidates should have a degree in law with three years’ experience as an advocate dealing with criminal or fiscal laws, or an LLM with one year of such experience. The role is meant for officers holding an analogous post or with five years’ regular service in Level 10 or equivalent. The upper age limit is 56 years. Selection is based on application screening and document verification, and applications must reach through the Cadre Controlling Authority within 45 days of publication in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.
