Full time B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech/MCA in Electronics / E&TC/ IT/ Computers Science/Computer Eng. / Electrical / Mechanical or any allied disciplines from any recognized Institute / University.
Desirable qualifications include MBA (Finance/Operations/Projects), PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management, or PMP Certification. Candidates with additional qualifications would be given preference based on role suitability.

Good experience/knowledge of preparation of project documentation such as RFPs, EOIs, Contract Agreements, MoUs, LOIs and Work Orders.
Must be well versed with Government regulations related to contracts and execution of projects, CVC guidelines and labour laws.
Should have previously served in regular non-contractual capacity for at least 20 years in CPSEs, Central Government Group A including Armed Forces/Para Military, or eligible State PSEs.
Last pay drawn should be in the prescribed equivalent CDA/IDA scale as specified in the notification.
